L.L. Sandbom   }
This indenture made this seventeenth day of May 1916,
between J.L. Harrison of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida party of the first part and L.L. Sandbom
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party of
the second part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of One dollars, to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargain-
ed and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels or
tract of land, situated and being in Alachua County, Florida,
to-wit: The North West quarter of the North West quarter of the
South West quarter of Section 11 of Township 10 S. of Range 20
East.
Also the North East quarter of the North West quarter of
the South West quarter of Section 11 of Township 10 S. of Range
20 E.
To have and to hold the above described premises, together
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper-
taining, unto L.L. Sandbom the said party of the second
part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said party of the first party does hereby fully war-
rant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
