This Indenture, made this the Eleventh day of April
AD 1916, by and between Eleanor Martina Dixon of Chall-
oner House Cockermouth in the County of Cumberland
widow party of the first part, Walter Joseph Leeman
formerly of Suffolk House Laurence Pountney Hill but
now of 40 King Street Cheapside both in the City of London
party of the second part and Henry David Sinclair of 19,
Silver Street in the City of London party of the third part.
Whereas the said party of the first part was up to the
time of the death of George Herbert Dixon (hereinafter ment-
ioned) his lawful wife and is now his widow
And Whereas the said George Herbert Dixon deceased late
of I Napier Mansions Trinbridge Wells in the County of
Kent England but formerly described as of suffolk House
Laurence Pountney Hill in the City of London England
died on the 5th day of July 1914 without lawful issue
leaving the said Eleanor Martina Dixon (party hereto of
the first part) under the laws of the State of Florida in
the United States of America his sole heir to all lands
situate in the said state to which he was entitled at the
time of his decease.
And Whereas there were not at the time of the decease
of the said George Herbert Dixon and there are not now
any debts owing by the said George Herbert Dixon in
the said state or chargeable against his estate in the
said State
And Whereas the said George Herbert Dixon and Walter
Joseph Leeman were at the time of the death of the
said George Herbert Dixon the owners as partners of the
lands hereinafter described in the County of Alachua in |
