the State of Florida United States of America which were
conveyed to them as partners
And Whereas in order that the title to the said lands
may be perpetuated in said partnership in all the lands
of the said Walter Joseph Lee Leeman the said Eleanor Mar-
tina Dixon has consented transfer sell and convey all
the right title and interest vested in her by the laws of
the State of Florida to and in the lands hereinafter de-
scribed to the said Henry David Sinclair in order that
the lands may be held by him the said Henry David
Sinclair and the said Walter Joseph Leeman jointly as
partners
Now Therefore This Indenture Witnesseth That the said
Eleanor Martina Dixon in consideration of of Ten Dollars
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does give, grant,
bargain, transfer, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey
and confirm unto the said Henry David Sinclair and his
heirs and assigns in fee simple all the right, title, estate
and interest of the said Eleanor Martina Dixon as the heir
at law by the laws of the State of Florida of the said
George Herbert Dixon deceased and all other (if any) her
estate of and in the lands situated in Alachua County
in the State of Florida described in the Schedule hereto.
To Have And to hold the same together with the hered-
itaments and appurtenances unto the said Henry David
Sinclair and his heirs and assigns in fee simple To the
intent that all the said lands and hereditaments shall
be held by the said Henry David Sinclair and Walter
Joseph Leeman Jointly as partners
