Dixon, widow of the late George Herbert Dixon to me well
known and known to me to be the person described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and
she acknowledged before me that she, as the sole heir
to all lands in the State of Florida United States of Am-
erica of the late George Herbert Dixon, and individually
executed the said Deed of Conveyance, freely and volun-
tarily, and for the purposes therein expressed.
