Before me personally appeared H.W. Brown and E.M.
Brown his wife, to me well known as the persons de
scribed in and who executed the above and forego-
ing deed of conveyance and each severally ackno-
wledged the execution of said deed for the uses and
purposes therein set forth and contained. And the
said Mrs. E.M. Brown the wife of the said H.M. Brown
upon an examination taken and made by me sep-
arately and apart from her said husband, did ac-
knowledge before me that she made herself a par-
ty to said deed and executed the same freely and vol
untarily and without compulsion, constraint, ap
prehension or fear of or from her said husband.
