This Indenture Witnesseth, That the Grantors, W. Frank
Keys and Sarah Elizabeth Keys, his wife, of the City
of Chicago in the County of Cook and State of Illi-
nois, for the consideration of Fifty ($ 50.00) Dollars,
convey and quit-claim to James J. Hannan, of the
City of Chicago in the County of Cook and State of
Illinois, all interest in the following described Real
estate, to-wit: The West Half (W.1/2) of the Southeast
quarter (S.E. 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (S.W. 1/4) of
Section Twenty-five (25), Township Ten (10) Range Eigh-
teen (18) situated in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemp-
tion Laws of the State of Florida.
