This Indenture, Made this 28th day of February,
AD 1916, between between John M. Dickinson,
(bachelor) of the City of New York and the State of
New York, party of the first part, and Dan Dixon
of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said
party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and
valuable considerations to him in hand paid
