fifteen (115 feet, thence North sixty-three (63)
feet, to South line of lot deeded to N.O. Rawls,
thence East one hundred fifteen (115) feet to point
of beginning, lying and being in Block Twenty
three (23) Brush's Addition to the City of Gainesville,
and in the north-east quarter of Section Five (5),
Township Ten (10), South of Range Twenty (20) East.
The said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all per
sons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof, The said
party of the first part has hereunto set his hand
and seal this 28th day of February AD 1916.
