ditaments and appurtenances, unto the said Grantee,
and his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said Cummer Lumber Company, for itself, its
successors and assigns, covenants with said Grantee, his
heirs, legal representatives and assigns: That said Grantor
is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that
said Grantor has full power and lawful right to con-
vey said land in fee simple, as aforesaid; that it shall
be lawful for said Grantee, his heirs, legal representatives
and assigns, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter
upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land
is free from all incumbrances; that said Grantor, its suc-
cessors and assigns, will make such further assurances
to perfect the fee simple title to said land in said Gran-
tee his heirs, legal representatives and assigns, as may
reasonably be required; and that said Grantor hereby
fully warrants the title to said land and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever.
In Witness Whereof, the said Grantor, the Cummer Lum-
ber Company, has caused these presents, to be executed
by its President, attested by its Secretary, and its Cor-
porate seal to be hereunto attached, the day and year
first above written.

according to the laws of the State of Florida, duly qualified
and acting, Hereby Certify that A.G. Cummer and Waldo E.
Cummer, to me personally known, this day severally ack-

as Assistant Secretary, Attested the same and that the Corpo-
