This Indenture, made this 20th day of May, 1916, be-
tween E.E. Cannon and S.F. Cannon his wife, and
O.P. Cannon and Alice B. Cannon his wife, parties of
the first part, of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, and Mrs Maggie Carter Owen of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of one dollar in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and
quit-claimed unto the said part of the second part,
and to her heirs and assigns forever, all their right, title
interest and claim and demand which the said parties of
the first part have in and to the following described real
estate, to-wit:- Commencing at the South West corner of
the M.A. Whetstone's land and 25 chains from where the
public road crosses the line dividing Section 1, township
10, South of range 19, east, and section 6, township 10, South
of range 20 east, and run North 28.81 chains; west 14 and
1-2 chains; South 28.81 chains; east 14 and 1-2 chains to
point of beginning. In Alachua County, Florida:
To have and to hold the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or any
wise appertaining; and all right, title and claim what-
ever of the said parties of the first part, either in law
or equity, to the proper use, benefit and behoof of the
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Where of the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above mentioned.
