This Indenture, made this the 8th day of May AD 1916
Between H.C. Martindale a single man of the County of
Hillsboro in the State of Florida, part of the first part, and
Eliza F. Carro of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida, part of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said part of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars, to him in
hand paid by the said part of the second part, the re-
ceipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, he has granted,
bargained and sold to the said part of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever, the following described land,
to-wit: Lots 15 and 16 in Block 11, Located in Martindale's
Subdivision at Micanopy Junction, known as Micanopy
