and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and
his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said parties of the first part
have in and to the following described lots, piece or par-
cels of land, to-wit: Lot Three, Section Twenty Five, Town-
ship eight, South Range 18 East, and eight acres described
as follows: Begin at the South east corner of the South
East quarter of Southwest quarter Section 24 Township (8)
South Range (18) East, run north 88 yards, thence west 440
yards on west line of said 40 acres, thence South 88 yards
to Southwest corner of said 40 acres, thence East 440 yards
to point of beginning: Also Twenty acres off west end
of Lot Two (2) Section Twenty five (25) Township Eight
(8) South Range 18 East.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
