run North One Hundred and Five (105) feet; thence
run East Two Hundred and Ten (210) feet; thence run
South One Hundred and five (105) feet, and being in
Section Thirty-two (32) in Township Nine (9) South
of Range, Twenty (20) East: "The above described lot
being the same which Daisy and Aaron Grant, hereto
fore on the 12th day of December A.D. 1911, sold and con
veyed to this Grantor, which said deed of conveyance
is duly recorded in Deed Book No. 83, at page, 214 of
the Public Records of Alachua County, Florida." And
being in the South Half S 1/2 of said above mentioned
Section, Township and Range, as shown by Plat thereof.
Containing by estimation-acres of land, more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining. To Have And To Hold the
same unto her the said Daisy Grant, and to her heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple
absolute. And I, the said Mrs Lois Tucker, a widow
as aforesaid, do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Daisy Grant, that I am lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and
that I have good and lawful right to sell and con
vey the same; that the same is free from all incumbran-
ces of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my
heirs, executors, and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto her the
said Daisy Grant, and to her heirs, executors, adminis-
trators and assigns against the lawful claims and de
mands of any and all persons whomsoever, now
claiming, or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this Fifth day of July, A.D. 1915.
