of the sum of Two Thousand dollars to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces,
parcel or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit: commence at the North East corner of land
sold A.J. Weaver in Lot (4) four Levy Grant of the Arredonda Grant and run-
North 9.60 chains to Zetrouer land then West 84.08 1/3 chains, then South 9.60 chains
and East 84.08 1/3 chains to the point of beginning containing 80 acres. (($ 2.00 Rev. Stamp))
To have and to hold the above described premises, together              ((cancelled.       ))
with all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining, unto him the said party of the second part,
heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

garet Steenburg his wife, to me well known as the persons
described in and who executed the above and foregoing
deed of conveyance and each severally acknowledged
the execution of said deed for the uses and purposes there-
in set forth and contained.
And the said Mrs. Margaret Steenburg the wife of the
said A.O. Steenburg upon an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge before me that she made herself a party to
said deed and executed the same freely and voluntarily
and without compulsion, restraint, apprehension or fear of or
