This Indenture, Made this 29th day of January, AD
1916, between J.B. Snyder and Lula Snyder his wi
fe of the County of Manatee and State of Florida,
parties of the first part, and C.B. Rouss, State of
New York party of the second part, Witnesseth Th
at the said parties of the first part, for and in consid
eration of the sum of Seven Hundred and Seven
($707.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged, have granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns, forever, the following described land
in Alachua County, Florida, to wit: The SE 1/4 of
SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 35, Township 7,
Range 14 East, containing 80 acres, more or less.
Said land situated as above described and
being in Alachua County, Florida, and the said
parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
