personally known, and known by me to be the
identical person described in and who execu
ted the above and foregoing Deed of Convey
ance, and who acknowledged before me that he
executed, signed, sealed and delivered the said
Deed of Conveyance freely and voluntarily and
for the uses and purposes set forth and contained.

to be the wife of the said Davis G. Edwards, and to be
the identical person described in and who execu
ted said Deed of Conveyance, and who being first
duly questioned and examined by me, sepa
rate and apart from her said husband, did
say and acknowledge before me that she sig
ned and executed the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of release, renouncing and relin
quishing all her dower, right of dower, or sepa
rate statutory estate or property in and to the
property therein and thereby conveyed and that sa
id relinquishment, renunciation and release
and conveyance was done and made by her free
ly and voluntarily and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband, and for the uses and purposes there
in set forth and contained. Witness my hand
and Notarial Seal this 12th day of June, 1916.
