Alachua County.    }     Personally came before me
Hattie L. Sanchez and E.C.F. Sanchez, her husband,
each of whom being to me well known and known
to be the identical persons described in, and who
executed the above and foregoing Deed of convey-
ance, and severally acknowledged before me that
they signed, sealed and delivered the said Deed
at the time and place, in the manner and for the u-
ses and purposes as therein set forth and contained.
And the said Hattie L. Sanchez, wife of the said
E.C.F. Sanchez, being by me first duly ques-
tioned and examined, separately and apart fr
om her said husband, acknowledged that she si
gned, sealed and delivered the said Deed for the
purpose of releasing, relinquishing, renouncing
and conveying all of her separate statutory pro
perty, right, title and estate of every kind, in
and to the property therein and thereby described,
and that the same was done and made by her free
ly and voluntarily, and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension, or fear, of or from her
said husband, the said E.C.F. Sanchez. Witness
my hand and official seal on this 14th day of June,
