This Indenture, made this 25th day of May AD
1916, between Lula Harrison, a widow, of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first
part, and James Harrison of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other considerations, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edge, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the
said party of the second part, and his heirs and as-
signs forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said party of the first part have
in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, to wit:
Situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, and being a part of Lot one of the
Moses E. Levy Grant and described as follows, to-wit:-
Lot 37 of Subdivision of Lot one of Moses E. Levy Grant-
as per plat of said subdivision recorded on the Public re-
cords of Alachua County, Florida, in Chancery Order
Book "C" at page 432.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatever of the said par-
ty of the first part, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part
has hereunto set her hand and seal the day and
year first above written.
