This Indenture, made this 10 day of June 1916,
between Lizzie Rodan and Emma Williams (widows), of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of
the first part and Mary Williams of the County of Ala-
chua in the State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the follow-
ing described lots, pieces, parcels or tracts of land, sit-
uated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Commence at S.E. corner of Lot 107 in Porters Addition
to S.W. Gainesville as per map in Plat Book "A" page 54
of the Public Records of Alachua, Co. Fla, Thence West
