This deed is made to correct a former deed made
to Mary Williams and recorded in deed Book 96 page
258 of the Public records of Alachua, Co.
To have and to hold the above described premises, to-
gether with all and singular the tenements, the heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining, unto the said part of the second
part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said party of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
