said Deed of Conveyance, for the purpose of renouncing,
relinquishing and conveying all her right, title and in-
terest, whether of dower or of separate property, statut-
ory or equitable, in and to the lands therein described,
and that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily
and without any constraint, fear, apprehension or com-
pulsion of or from her said husband.

of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen
1916 Between W.A. Stringer (Widower) of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and
H.M. Venable and J.M. Sylvester, of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the second part Wit-
nesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of ten Dollars, lawful
money of the United States of America, to me in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I granted, bar
gained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these present doe grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the said parties of the second part, and my heirs and
assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel or tract
of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida and more particularly
