                 This Indenture, made this 3rd day of April
1907 between A.O. Steenburg (widower) of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida party of the first part and E.E. Cannon
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, party of the
second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of twenty dollars & other
valuable consideration, to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged has granted, bargained and sol to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated
and being in Alachua County, Florida, towit:- The West half
(W1/2) of Section 25 in Township 9. Range 19 containing
320 acres of land, more or less.
