     This Indenture, Made this 6th day of July AD
1916 between Gainesville National Bank, a Banking
Corporation of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, part of the first part, and G.K. Broome of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the second part.
     Witnesseth, That the said part of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in
hand paid by the said part-- of the second part, in
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised
released and quit-claimed and by these presents
do remise-release and quit-claim unto the said party
of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever
all the right-title-interest and claim and demand.
