further amounts that may be advanced and not
mentioned herein; and any and all other in-
debtedness that is or may become due. That party
of the first part in consideration of the premises, as
well as Ten Dollars to them paid by E.P. Heminger
Trustee, do hereby bargain, sell and convey to said
trustee the following described real and personal
property, situated in Alachua County, Florida, viz
All that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of
land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known
and described as follows to-wit: Situated in the
town of Windsor, described according to Plat of said
Town recorded in Deed Book "T" Pages 426 & 427
public records of Alachua County Florida, described
as follows to-wit: So much of lots 148 and 150 as
lies East of Windsor Avenue, Said town of Windsor
being located in township 10 South of Range 21 East.
And Any Increase of Property, Real or Personal, That
May be Hereafter Acquired By Purchase or Otherwise,
the title to which unto said trustee or any success-
or, they warrant and agree to forever defend; in
trust however, that if the party of the first part shall
on or before Dec. 1st 1916 pay what may be due said
party of the third part for money loaned and advanced and
all other indebtedness in this deed of trust mentioned,
and all costs incurred on account of said deed of
trust, then this deed of trust to be void; but if default
is made in said payment or any part thereof, the Trus-
tee shall take possession of said property, and after
publishing notice for these consecutive weeks, giving
time, place and terms of sale in a newspaper pub-
lished in the County, or with a circulation therein,
And also by posting one notice at the Courthouse door
giving time, place and terms of sale, sell and convey
a perfect title to said real estate or a sufficiency there
of to make said payment, for cash at public auction
at Magnolia, Miss, And the personal property may
be sold by said Trustee anywhere in said County
by posting written notices in three public places in
said County, giving time, place and terms of sale.
