This deed, made the Sixteenth day of March A.D.
1912 by Grace E. Mc Cassel and Thomas M. Mc Cas-
sel, her husband hereinafter called the grantors, to
J. Gilmore Smith, (unmarried) hereinafter called
the grantee, Witnesseth, That the said grantors, in con-
sideration of Ten & no/100 Dollars, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and con-
firm unto the said grantee, and his heirs and as-
signs, in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua
County, State of Florida, described as follows: Lot
One (1) in Block Eight (8) in College park Subdi-
vision in the City of Gainesville, Alachua County,
State of Florida, as per Plat of same duly recorded
in Plat Book "A" Page 9 (nine) of the Public Rec-
ords of Alachua County, Florida; and being the
lot conveyed by and described in Warranty D-
eed from R.B. Colson and E.S. Colson (husband)
and wife and J.H. Hodges (Bachelor) to Mrs. Grace
E. Mc Cassel, dated June 15th 1909, and recorded on
Page 144 of Deed Book 77, in the Public Records
of said County. To have and to hold the same, togeth
er with the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto
the said grantee, and his heirs and assigns in fee
simple. And the said grantors, for themselves and
their heirs and legal representatives, covenant with
said grantee, his heirs, legal representatives and
assigns; That said grantors are indefeasibly seized
of said land in fee simple; that said grantors
have full power and lawful right to convey said
land in fee simple as aforesaid that it shall
be lawful for said grantee, his heirs, legal rep
resentatives and assigns, at all times peaceably
and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and |
