Section 25 of Township 8 S. of Range 18 E, in Alachua
County Florida containing 80 acres more or less. To
Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatever of the said
party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the on
ly proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 31st day of August, 1915,
before me, A Notary Public personally appeared
F.B. Godfrey and Mrs. Willie N. Godfrey, his wife, to
me known to be the persons described in, and who
executed the foregoing instrument, and severally ac-
knowledged the execution thereof to be their free
act and deed for the uses and purposes therein men-
tioned; and the said Mrs. Willie Godfrey, the wife of
the said F.B. Godfrey, on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge that she made herself a party to
the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relin
quishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that she ex
ecuted said deed freely and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband. Witness my hand and seal at
