And Whereas said Last Will and Testament was
duly proven and admitted to probate in the Cou
nty of Nassau, Florida, as appears of record in
the office of the County Judge of and for said Co
unty of Nassau, and the said Executors as na-
med all duly qualified: And Whereas said Sam
uel D. Swann, since duly qualifying as such
Executor has departed this life: Now Therefore This
Indenture Witnesseth, that the said Edward Swann
and Charles Gordon Carroll, as surviving Ex
ecutors of the Last Will and Testament of Sam
uel A. Swann, late of said City of Fernandi-
na, County of Nassau, Florida deceased, parties
of the first part, by virtue of the authority in
them vested by said Last Will and Testament,
and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10) Dol
lars, lawful money of the United States of Amer
ica to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ackn
owledged, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain piece, portion or parcel of land, sit-
uate, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida and known and described on
the official plats of said County as the North-west
quarter of the South-east quarter of Section Thirty-five,
Township Seven South, Range Nineteen East NW 1/4
of SE 1/4 Sec 35, T. 7 S, R 19E.) containing Forty acres, be
the same more or less. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenan
ces thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
