to me well known as the person described in, and
who executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance, as
one of the Surviving Executors of the Last Will and
Testament of Samuel A. Swann, deceased; and he
acknowledged before me that he executed the
same as one of such Executors, freely and vol-
untarily, for the uses and purposes therein express-
ed. Witness my hand and official seal at New
York City in said County and State aforesaid, this
12th day of August A.D. 1915.

This Indenture, Made this 21st day of September A.D.
1915, between Gainesville National Bank a Corporation
under the laws of the United States of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the first part, and W.J.W-
aits of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, part of
the second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy
thre and 85/100 Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno-
wledged, have remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part, and his
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, inter-
est, claim and demand which the said party of
the first part has in and to the following described
