aforesaid, And the said party of the first part doth
hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever. In Witness Whereof the

E. Haskell, whose name is signed to the foregoing
deed from the Alachua County Colonization Com-
pany (Incorporated), to C.H. Ripley, as the President
of said grantor corporation, is well known to me and
known to be the individual described in and who
executed the said deed as the President of said Com
pany, and that he personally appeared before me 
this day and acknowledged to and before me that
he executed the said deed as the President of said
Company and that the same is the free act and
deed of said Company, and that the corporate
seal of said Company was thereupon impressed
by authority of the, Board of Directors of said Co
mpany, and that the said execution by him as
President, as aforesaid, was for the uses and purpo-
ses therein set forth and expressed. In Witness Where
