  Alachua County.     }   Know All Men by these Presents:
That G.G. Moore and Mrs. Sallie I. Moore of the a-
foresaid County and State, for and in consider
ation of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to them
in hand paid by F.N. Swilley of the County of Alac-
hua in the State of Fla. the receipt whereof I do here
by acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold,
conveyed, and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, convey and quit-claim
unto the said Call and Clyatt Swilley all that certain
lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida,
particularly known and described as follows, to-
wit: North East quarter of South West quarter of Section
23 Township 10 S. Range 15 East 40 acres more or less
containing by estimation 40 acres of land, more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same
unto-the said Call & Clyatt Swilley and to their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns forever, all, and
every, my right, title, interest, claim and demand
of every character whatsoever, which I have in and
to the said property and every part and parcel
thereof. In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set
our hand and affixed our seal on this 22nd
day of November A.D. 1913.
