The State of South Carolina
Charleston County             I, Jno.H. Ostendorff Clerk of the
Court of Common Pleas and General Sessions for Charleston
County and state aforesaid in which County the Office of
Clerk of Court is kept do hereby certify that the Honorable
W.H. Wallace whose signature in his own hand writing is
subscribed to the foregoing certificate was at the date thereof
one of the Circuit Judges of the said state and in term a
presiding Judge of the Court aforesaid for the County
aforesaid duly commissioned and qualified
         In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
         hand and affixed my seal of office at
         Charleston S.C. on the 18th day of February
(SEAL)   in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
         hundred and seventy eight and in the 102
         Year of the Sovereignty and Independence of the
         United States of America.

        Last Will and Testament of Hardy Harvard

State of Florida      In the name of God, amen, I Hardy
Alachua County        Harvard of Alachua County, State of
Florida, being in weak bodily health, but of sound and disposing
mind memory and discretion and calling to mind
the frailty and uncertainty of human life, and being anxious
of settling my worldly affairs and **** here the
estate with whom it has pleased God, the almighty Ruler of
the Universe to bless me, shall be disposed of after my
decease, while I have strength and capacity so to do, as
make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking and making null and void all other last wills &
testaments by me heretofore made.
     And first, I commend my mortal being to Thine who gave
it, and my body to the earth to be buried with little expense
or ostentation by my Executor hereinafter named
     And as to my worldly estate, and all the property real
personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed
