                  -Will of William H. Rhoads-
In the name of God Amen.
   I William H. Rhoads of the city of Philadelphia Photographer
being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and
publish this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by me at any time
heretofore made
   Imprimis; I order and direct all my just debts and funeral
expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors
hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
   Item; So far as necessary I give and bequeath unto my
beloved daughter Mary A. Gale the Place bought for her by
her Grand Father in order to confirm her ownership in
the same
   Item; I give and bequeath unto my Nephew William
Roades Hellyes, my gold watch and chain and the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars which said sum shall be paid
to him immediately after the decease of my wife Maria E.
Rhoads.
   Item; I give and bequeath unto my dear brother Abraham
Rhoads, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, upon receipt of
which he is to return to my Executors the bond or obliga-
tion of mine for three hundred and fifty dollars which
he holds against me for my debt to him
