   I am not able at this time to come to Philadelphia to
take out Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of William H.
Roads deceased, and request that for the present the
Letters be granted to Joseph Mercer the other executor
Mr. William H. Roads died on Feb. 3rd 1885 at Melrose
Florida at 8:50 O'clock a.m.

last will of Wm. H. Roads, deceased and on their solemn oath

and hear Wm. H. Roads deceased the Testatrix therein named
sign seal publish and declare the same as and for his
Last will and Testament, and that at the doing thereof
he was of sound disposing mind, memory, and discretion
understanding, to the best of their Knowledge and belief
