acts as such full forth and credit are and ought
to be given as well in Court of Judication as elsewhere

   To the Hon. J.C. Gardner County Judge in and for said County.
Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that A.B. Snavely
late of said County departed this life on the 11th
day of June 1885 having while he lived and at the
time of his death goods rights and credits in said
state and County.
   Your Petitioner further shows that said Deceased
made a last will and Testament, and nominated
your Petitioner as sole Executrix of the same
Your Petitioner herewith propounds said will for pro-
bate, and Proof and prays your Honor to allow the
same, and admit it to proof probate & record
and your Petitioner will ever pray & c Mrs. S.M. Snavely
