Upon reading and considering
the foregoing Petition, and upon an examination
of the will which is of file; It is ordered that the same
be and is hereby allowed and admitted to proff

Know all men by these presents that I A.B. Snavelly of
the town of Archer, in the County of Alachua, and State of
Florida Farmer, considering the uncertainty of this life
and being of sound mind and memory, do make declare
and publish this my last Will and Testament
First. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Silvia
Melvina the use improvement and income of my
dwelling house Lands, and their appurtenances, situated
in Archer Florida, to have and to hold the same to her
during her natural life, at her decease, what may remain,
to be divided equally among my children except
such portions of land as is herein willed at the time therein
to my children.
Second. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mennehaha
Snavelly a portion of the land now owned by me designated
in accompanying Plat of my place as Nov 12,
13, containing about twelve acres.
Third. I give and bequeath to my son Fred J. Snavelly Lot
No 14 in said Plat containing five acres
Fourth. I give and bequeath to my son Will K. Snavelly
Lot No 15 in said Plat containing Five acres.
Fifth. I give and bequeath all of my furniture and
Household goods, and personal property to my beloved
Wife Silvia Melvina, that I shall be entitled to at
the time of my decease
Sixth. I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife
Silvia Melvina, to be the sole Executrix of this my
last will and Testament.
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
my hand and seal and publish and declare
this to be my last will and Testament in presence of
the witnesses named below. This Twelfth (12) day of
February in the year of our lord one Thousand Eight
Hundred and eighty-five 1885
