Signed Sealed declared and published by the said
A.B. Snavelly as and for his last Will and Testament
in presence of us who at his request, and in his presence
and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our
names as witnesses hereto

State of Florida}   Before the subscriber personally appeared
Alachua County  }   Mrs. Silvia Melvina Snavelly who after
being duly sworn deposes and says that she is the Ex-
ecutrix named in the foregoing will of A.B. Snavelly decd
That she saw the said A.B. Snavelly sign and publish the
same, as and for his last Will and Testament on the
day and year therein stated as Executed by him. That
Thomas J. Neal, Jacob Clark Jackson, & John W. Clark
signed the same as witnesses at his request, and in
the presence of the Testator, and in the presence of each
other, That the same was voluntarily executed by him
while he was of sound and disposing mind & memory

                 The will of A.B. Snavelly having been proven
by the affidavit of Mrs. S.M. Snavelly; It is ordered that the said
will be and is hereby established as the last will and Testament
of A.B. Snavelly decd. and admitted to record; and
further, that Letters Testamentary do issue to the executrix
named in said Will.
   Done and ordered this Oct. 20th 1885
