Will Continued
I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner to wit;
1st My will is that all my just debts and funeral charges shall
by my Executor hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as
soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
Item I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary E. Harvard
three (3)sorrel mares if they be alive and possessed by me at
my death as they now do, and Two (2) Sorrel mares colts now
in my possession and now about eighteen months old if
they should be alive and owned by me at my death as
they now do, to have and to hold the same to her and her
Executors Administrators and assigns forever, I also give to her
the use improvements occupation and possession of my dwelling
house in which I now reside and fifty acres of land against
to and surrounding of the same and its appurtenances outbuildings
so Situated in the West half of Section Twenty eight
(28) in township eleven (11) South in Range Nineteen (19) East
in the Arradondo Grant in Alachua County, Florida to
have and to hold the use occupation & possession of same
to her for and during her natural life to occupy, and
personally reside and live upon and in the same after
which time in the event she should herself personally
abandon and vacate the same during her life, and
after the termination of her natural life then the said
fifty acres of land, dwelling house, and out buildings
should go to and belong, to my beloved son David G.
Harvard, to be held by him in fee simple, to his heirs
Executors, Administrators and assigns forever; and I do
hereby give devise and bequeath the same to him or
his heirs in fee simple, forever possession thereof to be
taken by him at the time that my wife Mary Harmond
shall during her natural life voluntarily abandon and
vacate the same or upon her decease should she not during
her natural life vacate or abandon the same
Item I give devise and bequeath to my beloved son David G.
Harvard all of my cattle, consisting of about one hundred head
more or less, the same being known and described by the
marks and brands following viz; Swallow Fork and under bit
in one ear and crop in the other ear and branded with
the letters "J.H." and also one dark bay mare mule now in
my possession and owned by me, and also Fifty head of Sheep
more or less, Known and described by the marks viz; Swallow
fork and under bit in one ear and crop in the other ear
also all of my household and Kitchen furniture that may be
