daughters before attaining their majority viz Laura 
Louise and Alberta Janus Standley, die without issue, then in
that event, that portion of their estate hereby devised shall 
revert to and be equally divided among my said grand 
children then surviving.
    Lastly:  I do nominate and appoint my friends William W. 
Scott and Thomas Ellis of Gainesville Florida to be the 
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, placing 
full faith and confidence in these my said Executors 
to carry out the provisions of this will and to manage 
my said estate to the best advantage of my said grand 
children.
In testimony thereof I hereunto set my hand and seal 
and publish this to be my last will and testament in the 
presence of the witnesses named below, this 30th day of 
March 1882.                                  her

     The above instrument consisting of one sheet has now
     been subscribed by Penelope L. Standley the Testatrix
     In the presence of each of us, and was at
     the same time declared by her to be he last
     will and Testament, and we, at her request
     sign our names as attesting witnesses
     Benjamin Rush, residing at Gainesville Alachua Co. Fla
     S.F. Halliday residing at Gainesville Alachua Co. Fla
     Charles P. Evans residing at Gainesville Alachua Co. Fla

State of Florida}  Before the subscriber personally appeared
Alachua County  }  Charles P. Evans, who after being duly
sworn deposes and says that he saw Mr. Penelope L. Standley
sign and seal the foregoing paper writing as and for 
her last will and Testament, and that he together with
S.F. Halliday and Benjamin Rush signed the same
as witnesses thereto at the request of the Testatrix and
in her presence, and in the presence of each other.
