Alachua County  }  Last Will and Testament of Herman
B. Binder of said County and State.
   Knowing the uncertainty of life, and being in fail-
ing health, and in the *** of a journey North in quest
of health, I do make this my last Will in great haste
bequeathing all my property Real and personal to
my dear wife Albertina Binder, and dont specify in
detail, but make a general bequeath to her the mother
of my children, well Knowing that she will do them
justice as I would if living
   Witness my hand and seal this 18th day of August

State of Florida}  Before the subscriber personally 
Alachua County  }  appeared B.F. Livingston, who after being
duly sworn deposes and says that he witnessed
the signing and sealing of the foregoing by Herman
B. Binder, as and for his Last will and Testament
and that he, together with D.L. Ferguson H. Wichsel
signed the same as witnesses in the presence of the
Testator, and in the presence of each other at the
request of the Testator
