Know all men by these presents that I Edward Potter
of Boston in the County of Suffolk and Commandath
of Sound disposing mind and memory, do make and
publish this my last will and Testament in manner
and form following to wit;
First. I give and devise to my son Edward Potter Jr.
the Bertese carpet Slipper Company with all the business
and assets subject only to this condition; that
the said Edward Potter Jr. discharge all the liabilities
of said Company
2nd I give and bequeath to my above named son
Edward Potter Jr. any and all promissory notes
due me from him with all accumulations of interest
in the same
3rd I give and devise to my daughter Fannie A.
Potter, the lot or parcel of land upon which
my four Story Brick building dwelling house now
stands No 46 Concord square Boston Mass with
the buildings theron and all the privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging to her the said Fannie
A. Potter her heirs and assigns forever subject to
a mortgage upon said estate of $10,000.
Fourth, I also give and bequeath to my said daughter
Fannie A. Potter all my personal property in said house
Furniture wearing apparel, Pictures silver ware &c
5th, I do also give and devise to my said daughter
Fannie A. Potter, my two Story brick Store situated
in Bay street at the corner of Laura Street in
Jacksonville Florida with all the rents which
may be due for the occupancy of said buildings
To her the said Fannie A. Potter her heirs and assigns
forever.
6th I do also give and devise to my said daughter
Fannie A. Potter, my two Story frame and brick
building situated on Laura Street, Jacksonville
Florida being the next building westerly from the
brick store named in the 5th item of this will with
all the rents that may be due for the occupancy
of said building. To her the said Fannie A. Potter
her heirs and assigns forever
7th I do also give and devise to my said daughter
Fannie A. Potter my two story frame house situated
on Washington Street South Braintree Mass
with the lot of land on which it is situated |
