the estate is now occupied by R. Bertick. To her the said
Fannie A. Potter her heirs and assigns forever.
   9th I do give bequeath and devise to my two children
above named Edward Potter Jr and Fannie A. Potter
all my real Estate mining and other property located
in Colorado, to be divided equally between them. To
have and to hold to them and their heirs forever
   10th I give and devise my Cemetery Property consist-
ing of a tract of land in South Braintree Mass
set apart for a Burial Ground in equal parts to
my two children before mentioned Edward Potter Jr
and Fannie A. Potter. To have and to Hold to them
and their heirs and assigns forever
   11th I direct that all my the residue of my property
real and personal shall be sold, and after the payment
of all my just debts I do give and bequeath
unto my sister Lucy Potter of Ipswick Mass if she be
living at my death decease, the sum of five Hundred
Dollars, my Executors to pay the same after
cancelling all my debts from the proceeds of sale
ordered in this provision, and the rest and residue
remainder I give and bequeath in equal parts to my
above named children Edward Potter Jr and Fannie
A. Potter
   12th I do ordain and appoint my son above named
Edward Potter Jr. of Boston Mass and Hon. Silas B.
Hohn of Central City Colorado sole Executors of this
my last Will and Testament, requesting that no bond
be required of said executors
   In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and seal, this (21st) twenty-first day of July, in the
year Eighteen hundred and Seventy-nine, and published
and declared this to be my last Will and
Testament in the presence of the witnesses named below

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the
said Edward Potter as and for his last Will
and Testament in presence of us, who at his
request and in his presence and in the presence
of each other have subscribed our names as
Witnesses hereto.
