To the Hon J.C. Gardner, County Judge, acting as Judge of
Probate in and for said County
   Your Petitioner respectfully showeth unto your Honor
that Nelson N. Smith decd late of said County departed
this life on the 19th day of March 1889 leaving
a last Will and Testament
   That your Petitioner was nominated in said Will
as the executor. That he herewith presents said paper
writing and prays that the same may be allowed &
proved, and that Letters Testamentary do issue to him
as Executor of his goods chattels rights and Credits
& your petitioner will ever pray &c
