the residence that piece between the residence and the
unfinished building together with same equally between
Annie A. Dorsey & William L. Dorsey, my Niece & Nephew.
Also I bequeath to William L. Dorsey my one quarter undivided
interest in the twenty acre tract Known as the
Doig and Robinson purchase, the Deed now being recorded in
the name of Nelson N. Smith and Wm L. Dorsey
   In consideration of the gifts hereby bequeathed, I hereby
appoint William L. Dorsey as Executor of my estate & I
hereby instruct him to pay all of my indebtedness now
existing against me, and to manage my estate jointly &
equitably, as to the division of the property named above
which is bequeathed to him, and my niece Annie A. Dorsey
          In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
          and seal; this the 18th day of March 1887

State of Florida}   Before the subscriber personally appeared
Alachua County  }   Marcus Endel, who, after being duly sworn
deposes and says that he saw Nelson N. Smith, sign and
seal the foregoing as and for his last Will and Testament
and that he together with F.P. Whittenburg & C.E. Witmeyer
signed the same as subscribing witnesses thereto, in the pre-
sence of the Testator and in the presence of each other.
