I James D. Sanders of Alachua County and State of
Florida, make this my last will
I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real
and personal, as follows that is to say; All my real estate,
consisting of the lots of land viz; South east quarter
of South west quarter, and east half of South West
quarter Section two (2) Township Eleven (11) South Range twenty
two (22) East, together with all my personal property, consisting
of horses, cows, hogs, and farming implements and household
goods, and whatever else may be, is to remain as it is
intact, and managed for the benefit of my wife Margaret
Sanders, and my minor Children until my youngest
Child, Charles D. Sanders is twenty-one (21) years of
age, at which time whatever may be, is to be divided
among my children or their heirs after my just debts
are paid, and my wife, if alive provided for according to law
the law in such cases.
I appoint Zador M. Sanders and William H. Sanders
both farmers and citizens of Alachua County Florida
executors of this my will.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto signed and sealed
and published and declared this instrument as my will
at home Alachua County Florida, on this the nineteenth
day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-eight (1878)

hundred and seventy-eight signed and sealed this instrument
and published and declared the same as and for his
last will. And we, at his request and in his presence and
in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names

Alachua County } and Ex officio Judge of Probate personally
came H.A.H. Crumpton, one of the subscribing witnesses to
the foregoing will, who after being duly sworn upon oath says
that he saw the said James D. Sanders sign seal publish
and declare the foregoing instrument as his last will
and testament voluntarily & freely and without compulsion
