twenty (20) Township eleven (11) South of Range nineteen (19) East
Containing Six hundred and forty acres of land more or
less situated in the Aradondo Grant in Alachua County
Florida. Also the West half of Section twenty-eight (28) in
Township eleven (11), South of range nineteen (19)East
containing, three hundred and twenty acres of land more or
less, situated in the Aradondo Grant in Alachua
County Florida together with all the hereditaments, and
appurtenances to said land in anywise belonging or
appertaining, to have and to hold the same to him the
said David G. Harvard, and to his heirs Executors, Administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever, Provided however
that my beloved wife Mary E. Harvard, as has above
herein before been provided for shall during her natural life
is during which time as she shall deem proper, so to do
during her natural life, be entitled to occupy, possess, and
enjoy my dwelling house and out buildings and Fifty acres
of land, around, adjoining  contigious and Contiguous adjacent thereto,
situated on the West half of said Section twenty eight (28)
Township eleven (11) South, Range nineteen (19) east above
described.
Item  It is my further will and desire and I do hereby give,
bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Mary A.E. Harvard
one half the rent proceeds to be paid to her annally, by my
executor annally during her natural life resulting from the
sale of all oranges, grown raised or gathered on or off all
the orange trees now growing around and about my dwelling
house in said West half of section twenty eight (28) Township
(11) South, Range nineteen (19) East, the other one half the
net proceeds of said annual orange crop, to go to and belong
to my son, David G. Harvard, during the natural life
of my wife Mary A.E. Harvard, and after her death, then the
whole thereof is to go, and belong, to my said Son David
G. Harvard.
Item  It is further my will and devise that all my just debts
and demands against me, and my funeral expenses
shall be paid and discharged out of what ready cash in
currency I may have at my death and that after all of
said debts demands and funeral charges shall be
fully paid out of the same, then I devise the remainder
thereof, if any to be farily and equally divided
between my beloved wife Mary A.E. Harvard, and my
son, David G. Harvard and O.E. Harvard and Fanny
Stone formerly Fanny Adams  That is to say it is
