Will of Mrs. Cynthia Winecoff
Last Will and Testament}
of Cynthia Winecoff }
I, Cynthia Winecoff, now being of Sound mind &
in view of the uncertainty of life, make this my last Will
and testament
First; I Will and Bequeath, that within one year after
my decease my Executor hereinafter named shall sell
for cash or for part cash, and part on time at public
or private sale as they may deem best for my legatees all
of my personal property and real estate and out of the
proceeds pay First all my honest debts and second set
apart for putting tomb-stones and iron railing under
their direction around the graves of my late husband &
myself, the sum of three hundred and twenty-five Dollars,
and third, pay in cash to my son J.C. Winecoff
the sum of Six Hundred Dollars, and Fourth, divide
the remainder of the above mentioned proceeds
equally between my daughter and grand children
Namely, Margaret Shuford, Antionett Solenasky, Alice
Sadler, Betty McCreadie, Kate Avant, Willie T. Shuford
and William Fleming Winecoff
I Will and appoint as the Executor afore mentioned
of this my last will and Testament, J.M. Quarterman
and C.M. Merry
Given under my hand & seal this 13th day of November

in and for said State and County personally came J.W. Randle
who being duly sworn says that he saw Cynthia Winecoff sign the
foregoing Will, and that he together with L. Montgomery and G.D.
Turner witnessed the execution of the same. Sworn to and subscribed before me
this 26th day of December AD 1887
