for Probate of will of last Will } County Florida, and Exofficio
and testament of Moses Warren decd } Probate Court of said County
To the Hon. J.C. Gardner Judge of said Court setting as a
Probate Court; The petition of Nellie Warren respectfully
showeth unto your Honor, that Moses Warren respectfully
showeth late of Alachua County Florida departed this
life on the 8th day of August AD 1885 possessed of goods
and estate remaining to be administered, leaving your Petitioner
as his Widow, and his only heir at law and next
of Kin, his son William Warren, a minor 14 years of age
who resides in said County and State with with your
Petitioner
That said decd left a will herewith presented wherein
your Petitioner is named as Executrix. Therefore your Petitioner
prays that said Will may be proved and allowed and letters
Testamentary granted to her, This 17th day of May

Warren having been propounded by Nelly Warren the widow
of said deceased & prayed by her to be allowed and
admitted to Proof; It is therefore ordered that said will
