                  The last Will and Testament of Moses
Warren having been proven by the affidavit of Lewis Mack one
of the subscribing witnesses to the Same be and is admitted
to probate and record, and established as the last Will and
testament of Moses Warren decd
     Done and ordered this May 20th 1886

State of Florida}   In the name of God, Amen
Alachua County  }   I Moses Warren of the County and State
aforesaid, being of sound mind and memory, but being im-
pressed with the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death
and being anxious to settle my worthy affairs while blest
with comparative health and strength, do make ordain
and publish this my
                 Last Will and Testament
In full and unshaken faith in the Christian Religion
through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ,-I ***** my
body to the dust, and my soul I resign to God who gave
it. First; I hereby give and bequeath, after my funeral
expenses and just debts are paid, to my beloved wife
Nellie Warren, all of my personal property goods and
chattels; also the following described real estate lying and
being in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida towit;
The North East quarter (NE1/4) of the South East quarter
(SE1/4) of Section thirty-two (S32) in Township ten (10)(T10)
of Range eighteen East (R18E) except ten acres of the within
described land lying and being in the East as right-hand
side of the Newnansville road from Archer, This ten acres of
the same tract I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved child
William Warren this being thirty acres and three hundredths
of an acre for my beloved wife, and ten acres for my beloved
Child, said land said land described in Patent and in United
States Land office, And I hereby appoint my beloved wife as
the legal Guardian of the said William Warren until he
arrives at the age of manhood, to do and perform all
legal acts which may be necessary in the management custody
and control of the person and property of the said William
Warren; but that the said Nellie Warren as said guardian
shall not be required to give any bond for the faithful discharge
of her duties as such Guardian, I having faith
confidence in her honesty and affection in discharging the
