To the Hon J.C. Gardner County Judge, acting as Judge of
Probate in and for said County
Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that unto your Honor
that Henrietta R. Smith, late of said County on the 28th
day of December 1883, and that said deceased before her
death, made her last will and testament, in which
she nominated and appointed your petitioner to be
the Executor of the same
   Your Petitioner would therefore pray your Honor that
said will be allowed and admitted to probate & that letters
testamentary do issue to them, and your Petitioner

Alachua County  }   foregoing petition, and upon an
examination of the said Will of said decd. It is ordered
that the same be allowed and is hereby approved and
admitted to probate

State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County  } Henrietta R. Smith of Gainesville in
Alachua County Florida, being of feeble bodily health
but of sound and disposing mind memory and discretion
do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and tes-
tament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and testaments
which may heretofore ever been made by me
1st  It is my will that all of my just debts shall be paid
out of my property real or personal which I may have
at my decease as occasion may require
Item  It is my will and desire, and I do hereby give devise and
bequeath and convey, (to take affect upon my decease, unto
S.C. Bevill and Mary B. Snell as trustees for all of my
property both real and personal consisting of that
parcel or lot of land in the town of Gainesville in
Alachua County Florida, upon which I now reside
