                Henrietta R. Smith
particularly known and described as being the North half
of Block four (4) of Ingrams addition to said town of Gainesville
with all the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and
the gold watch and chain belonging to me same, and all
my household and Kitchen furniture. To have and to hold
the same unto them the said S.C. Bevill and Mary B.
Snell, and to their heirs executors and successors in
Trust, after my decease for the use and benefit of my
Child Herbert Smith, now an infant, until such time
as he the said Herbert Smith shall arrive at the age
of twenty-one years, when the same is to belong to
him the said Herbert Smith, and shall be turned over
to him absolutely upon his attaining the age of
Twenty-one years, unless the same shall have already
been disposed of by his said Trustees, as is herein
after provided for. And I do hereby fully empower
and authorize the said Trustees S.C. Bevill and Mary
B. Snell as such Trustees, and or the survivor of
survivors of them or either of them in the trust, at
any time after my decease, at their best judgment
opinion and discretion, as they may see or think best 
and proper at any time to sell at public or private
sale as they may deem best, the real estate above
described at such price as they may deem advisable
and to convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers 
by all necessary & proper deed or deeds of
conveyance in fee, or the same to lease and rent
as said Trustees may see best and proper. And in
the event of a sale of said real estate by said
Trustees at any time before the said Herbert Smith
shall arrive at the age of twenty-one years, then
the Trustees shall hold the proceeds of such sale
or invest the same for the use and benefit of said
Herbert Smith or pay the same out for his maintenance
education and support during his
minority in such manner as they shall see fit
best and proper, and any ballance which may
be left of same, to be turned over to said Herbert
Smith when he shall arrive at the age of
twenty-one years
   It is my will and desire and I do hereby give devise and
bequeath unto my husband H.L. Smith the sum
of one hundred Dollars to be paid to him by
